牡丹是我国的十大名花之一,具有较高的观赏作用和广阔的开发应用前景。现将牡丹按应用价值分为观赏牡丹、药用牡丹和油用牡丹3类,概括了其主要开发应用研究进展,以期为进一步研究牡丹籽油、园林应用和营养保健等方面的开发提供理论参考。
