肾移植术后合并急性胰腺炎两例 被引量：5

摘要 急性胰腺炎是消化科和普通外科最常见的急性腹部疾病，但是肾移植术后的罕见疾病，缺少相关的经验，本院2013年1月至2014年11月之间共实施同种异体肾移植194例，其中有2例术后并发急性胰腺炎，现对2例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结临床经验，以提高治疗效果。
