银屑病样动物模型的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 银屑病是一种多基因遗传缺陷、T细胞介导的免疫相关的慢性炎性皮肤病,其确切发病机制尚不清楚。目前认为该病是在多基因遗传背景下,机体受环境刺激后由先天免疫及后天免疫系统共同作用所致,其中T淋巴细胞占主导作用。为探索其发病机制及新型治疗药物,众多研究者建立了银屑病样动物模型,如基因工程鼠模型、异种移植动物模型、细胞因子注射模型、鼠皮肤三维模型等,现对近年来的动物模型作一综述。 Psoriasis is a T cell mediated immune chronic inflammatory skin disease with polygenic weakness,which the exact pathogenesis is unclear. With the polygenic background, the body suffers stimulus from environment, which stimulates the innate immunity and acquired immunity to develop psoriasis. T lymphocytes play a domi- nant role in the etiopathogenisis. A lot of psoriasis-like animal models of mice were established to study the pathogenesis and to develop effective drugs, such as genetically engineered mouse models, xenotransplantation animal models, cytokine injection models and three-dimensional models. Here we make a review on psoriasis- like animal models in recent years.
