脱硫石膏无熟料钢渣水泥混凝土物理力学性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 工业废渣的再生利用,环境的综合治理,一直是我国可持续发展的核心内容,脱硫石膏和钢渣是我国常见的两种工业废弃物,随着我国工业化进程,上述两种废弃物产量也在逐年增加,给城市的环境带来沉重的负担。研究了脱硫石膏无熟料钢渣水泥混凝土力学性能和耐久性能,并对其与同配合比普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土进行比较,提出脱硫石膏无熟料钢渣水泥混凝土的适用领域。结果表明:脱硫石膏无熟料钢渣水泥混凝土的抗折强度明显大于同配合比的普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能和抗氯离子性能比同配合比普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土强,但脱硫石膏无熟料钢渣水泥混凝土的抗碳化性能差于普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土,而脱硫石膏无熟料钢渣水泥混凝土的抗冻性能基本与同配合比普通混凝土相当。 Industrial waste recycling, environment comprehensive treatment has always been the core content of China's sustainable development. Desulphated plaster and slag was common two kinds of industrial waste.As China's industrialization process, these two kinds of waste production is also increasing year by year,to the city's heavy burden on the environment.It studies the mechanics performance and durability of the desulfurized gypsum and steel slag - slag blended clinker - free cementing concrete, compares it with ordinary Port- land cement concrete mix the same proportion, proposed the field of application of the desulfurized gypsum and steel slag - slag blended clinker - free cementing concrete. The results show that the desulfurized gypsum and steel slag - slag blended clinker - free cementing concrete's rupture strength was significantly geater than the same mix proportion ordinary Portland cement concrete's, and its anti -sul- fate corrosion performance and resistance chloride ion permeability was also geater than the same mix proportion ordinary Portland ce- ment concrete's, but its carbonation resistance was lower than the same mix proportion ordinary Portland cement concrete's,its frost resistance was similar with the same mix proportion ordinary Portland cement concrete's.
