快硬型硫铝酸盐水泥灌浆性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 在岩土工程中对裂隙堵漏、地基充填加固、钻孔护壁常常需要用到灌浆材料。常用的灌浆材料是采用普通硅酸盐水泥配以其他辅助外加剂组成,虽然能达到效果,但是材料浪费大、效率低且现场施工比较复杂。因此,在快硬型硫铝酸盐水泥的基础上,研究一种流动性好、凝结时间可控、早期强度大且后期强度逐步提高的新型灌浆材料,对现场灌浆技术的提高具有重要意义。 Grouting material were often used in geotechnical engineering for crack sealing foundation filling and reinforcement, drilling wall. The grouting material is commonly composed of ordinary Portland cement with other auxiliary admixture, although it could achieve the desired effect, the waste material, low efficiency and relatively complex in field construction it has: Therefore, based on the rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement, it have great significance on the field drilling technology to research a new grouting material which has good fluidity, setting time controllabl, early strength was big and late strength gradually increase.
