保坍增强型混凝土功能外加剂对混凝土性能的影响

保坍增强型混凝土功能外加剂BTC-3能够促进混凝土内的细粉团聚颗粒再分散与稀释，起渗透助磨作用，可以提高浆体微观结构均匀性并改善硬化强度，较好解决混凝土黏度太大、坍落度损失快、混凝土离析泌水及混凝土泵送后流动性丧失等问题，通过混凝土中的应用试验表明，掺BTC-3混凝土功能外加剂可降低水泥用量10％-15％，混凝土1h后的坍落度损失明显减小，改善了混凝土的结构均匀性，混凝土的泵送施工性能和28d抗压强度得到显著提高。

The concrete addmixture BTC - 3 with functions of slump - loss controlling and strengthening, which well solute the problems of too high viscosity and fast slump loss in concrete, prevented the segregation and water bleeding of concrete and the loss of its mobility after pumping, have the ability of penetrating and grinding agglomerated particles, and can redisperse and dilute the slurry, en- hance the uniformity of microstructure and improve strength of hardened concrete. The results show through the concrete application tests, that the amount of cement can be reduced by 10% ~ 15% if mixed with the concrete functional admixture of BTC -3, the concrete Slump loss is significantly reduced after I hour,the uniformity of concrete construction have been improved, the pumping performance of fresh concrete and 28 d compressive strength of hardened concrete was increased significantly.
