摘要
针对大型立磨、风力发电机、提升机等设备状态参数较多、信号采集困难、数据处理要求高等特点,设计了以ADSPBF518芯片为核心的通用型设备状态参数监测系统,详细阐述了硬件设计中DSP的设计、基于CPLD的功能拓展、ADC采样和DAC数模转换、板间同步与网络通讯接口等关键技术,借助网络接口进行拓展,可组成状态参数监测网络,适用于单个或多个设备的状态参数监测与故障诊断。通过某风场的实际应用,验证了该系统的可靠性与有效性。
In order to meet the high requirement in data processing and solve the problems in status data acquisition of large equipment condition monitoring,a device condition monitoring system based on ADSP-BF518 processor was introduced. The key technologies,such as CPLD-based function expansion,ADC,DAC,synchronization logic and network interface,were also presented in detail. The system was applied to the main shaft and gearing status monitoring in a wind farm,and its reliability and efficiency were verified.
