Design of Electrohydraulic Servo Driven Based on DSP

摘要 采用TI公司的TMS320F28335设计了一种用于液压转台伺服控制的驱动器。为保证控制精度和实时性,采用DSP进行控制和管理;采用MAX532D/A转换器实现高速高精度的模拟量输出;设计了一种电压/电流转换电路实现了控制电流输出;为进一步提高控制品质,采用软件模拟方法产生颤振信号。实验表明,该伺服控制驱动能够对模拟环境进行快速而有效的控制。 The TI company's TMS320F28335 was adopted to design a kind of drive for hydraulic turntable servo control. In order to ensure accuracy and real-time performance of the control,DSP was used to control and manage the system; The MAX532 D / A converter was adopted to realize high speed and high precision of the simulation output; A kind of circuit which realize the voltage / current switching was designed to achieve the control of output current; In order to further improve the control quality,the software simulation method was adopted to produce vibration signal. Experiments showed that the servo driver could carry on the fast and effective control to the simulation environment.
