摘要
针对上海市水务信息资源集约化建设的不断深入,传统的信息系统基础架构管理方式由于需要主动的人工干预而存在不可预见的风险问题,通过对协同过滤算法的演化和分析,提出使用协同的思想构建管理模式,并在水务信息基础架构的管理上尝试使用该模式,目的是实现有助于提供辅助决策和自动化管理的服务应用,最终通过不同的生产场景的智能化策略证明协同管理模型的适用性,该研究成果在一定程度上提高信息系统基础架构管理的决策自动化水平及转变政府信息化管理职能方面起到技术支撑作用。
With the intensive water information resource construction in Shanghai, the traditional instruction of information system has the problems of unpredictable risk, because it needs active human intervention. Based on the evolution and analysis of collaborative filtering algorithm, it proposes to use the idea of cooperation construction management mode, and tries to use this model in the management of water information infrastructure. The goal is to realize the application services which are helpful to provide aided decision-making and automation management. The applicability of collaborative management is demonstrated finally through intelligent strategy of different production scens. The research could enhance decision-making automation level of water information infrastructure management and provide technical support in the aspect of changing the function of government information management.
