摘要
为满足栅控行波管打火时快速保护的要求,研制了一种全固态快速保护开关。介绍了全固态快速保护开关的组成、工作原理、设计方法和特点。阐述了高压开关、导通/关断驱动、电流检测、结构的设计。开展了模拟打火保护试验并给出了打火波形。实验及实践表明:全固态保护开关可在1μs之内切断电流通路,快速地保护大功率栅控行波管,可广泛应用于行波管发射机。
The full-solid-state fast protective switch is developed to meet the requirement of fast protection when grid-control traveling wave tube (TWT) arcing. The component, principle, design method and characteristics of the full-solid-state fast protective switch applied in grid-control TWT are introduced. The design of high-voltage switch, on/off drive ,current detection and structure are pres- ented. Arc protection test is constructed and the figures are given. The test and practice show that the full-solid-state protective switch can cut off the current channel in 1 μs to protect high-power TWT fast,and can be widely applied in TWT transmitter.
