摘要
为满足不同工程机械的控制要求,设计了一款基于CoDeSys的工程机械控制器,使其具有I/O端口的可配置性。该控制系统主要采用嵌入式软PLC技术,以符合IEC61131标准的CoDeSys的运行系统为调度核心,以英飞凌公司的TriCore系列微控制器TC1793为硬件核心。重点阐述了控制系统的硬件设计、软件开发,以实现控制系统的开放性、通用性、高鲁棒性,具有良好的经济效益和广阔的应用前景。
In order to meet the control requirement of different construction machineries, this paper designs a controller based on CoDeSys for construction machinery, whose UO port can be eonfigured. The control system mainly adopts the embedded soft PLC Technology, the CoDeSys runtime system of conforming to the IEC61131 standard as the scheduling core, and the Infineon Corporation TriCore series microcontroller TC1793 as the hardware core. This paper focuses on the hardware design and software development of eontrol systems, in order to achieve openness, versatility, high robustness of the control system. All about, the research has a good economic benefit and wide application prospects.
