摘要
针对纸纱复合袋糊底机涂胶机构健康状况检测中的传感器优化布置问题,提出了一种改进的猴群算法(MA)。该算法以模态置信度(MAC)矩阵作为目标函数,通过正态分布方法构造初始种群来增强猴群的多样性;采用自适应的变动爬步长,提高了算法运行的速度和求解精度。以涂胶机构有限元模态分析结果为依据,对涂胶机构进行传感器优化布置,结果表明:改进的MA可以解决涂胶机构传感器优化布置问题,比简易猴群算法(SMA)寻优能力强、收敛精度高。
Aiming at problems of optimal placement of sensor of gelatinize agency belongs to paper and yarn compounded bag bottom-pasting machine for health inspection,an improved monkeys algorithm( MA)is proposed. Modal assurance criterion( MAC)matrix is used as objective function,enhance the diversity of monkeys by using normal distribution methods to construct initial population;adaptive changeable climbing step is used to improve running speed and solving presition of the algorithm. Carry out optimal placement of sensor based on results of analysis on gelatinize agency finite element modal,the results verify that the improved algorithm can solve the problem and has better searching capability and high convergence presition compared with simple monkey algorithm( SMA).
