降钙素原对呼吸系统感染抗菌素治疗的指导价值 被引量:3

摘要 呼吸系统感染是最常见的感染性疾病,近年来发病率及病死率呈上升趋势。抗菌素的不合理使用会导致细菌耐药性增加、药物不良反应及医疗资源的浪费,因此合理使用抗菌素治疗呼吸系统感染性疾病至关重要。降钙素原是一种对感染性疾病具有早期敏感性及特异性的血清学标志物,它与感染程度有相关性。动态监测降钙素原数值变化可反映疾病恶化或好转,可以指导抗菌素的合理应用及评估治疗效果,具有很好的临床实用性。 Respiratory infections are the most common infectious diseases,morbidity and mortality rise in recent years. Irrational use of antibiotics can lead to increased bacterial resistance,drug side effects and medical resource waste, and therefore the rational use of antibiotics is critical in the treatment of respiratory infectious diseases. Procalcitonin is a serological marker with early sensitivity and specificity for infectious diseases, which is correlated with the degree of infection. Dynamic change of procalcitonin value can reflect the deterioration or improvement in disease to guide the rational use of antibiotics and assess the therapeutic effect,it has good clinical utility.
