摘要 载体填料应用于废水生化处理中能有效提高微生物种群量及浓度,处理效果显示出高效性和独特性。将不同类型的金属多孔吸附剂海绵铁和不同规格的有机多孔载体聚氨酯泡沫均匀结合构成复合零价铁载体填料,考察海绵铁的类型和聚氨酯泡沫的规格对脱氮除磷性能的影响,优化复合零价铁载体填料。试验结果表明,复合零价铁载体填料中聚氨酯泡沫规格为1 cm×1 cm×1 cm、海绵铁颗粒中掺杂10%的锰渣时,体系的脱氮效果最佳,去除率可达70%左右;而优化试验对废水除磷效果及CODCr去除率影响不大。 Carrier filler shows high efficiency and uniqueness when adopted for biological treatment of wastewater, which can effectively improve the population quantity and the concentration of microorganisms. Combining metal porous absorbent sponge iron with organic porous polyurethane foam well-proportionally to make up zero-valent iron carrier filler, the influences of types of sponge iron and specifications of polyurethane foam on nitrogen and phosphorus removal were investigated, and then, the composition of complex zero-valent iron carrier filler was optimized. The results of the test showed that, the complex zero-valent iron biological filler composed by polyurethane foam with specification of 1 cm× 1 cm × 1 cm and sponge iron doped with 10% of manganese slag had the best denitrification performance, the removal rate could reach about 70%. However, the optimization test had little influence on phosphorus and CODcr removal of the wastewater.
