间冷开式循环冷却水系统节水分析及设计探讨

Discussion on water saving measures and design for indirect open circulating cooling water system

结合相关设计项目针对间冷开式循环冷却水系统的几点节水措施进行了阐述,其中包括:1合理确定循环冷却水的浓缩倍数、进出水温度差以及优选塔型;2优选收水效果好的收水器和节水型过滤器;3加强循环冷却水处理的自动化控制;4合理设计循环冷却水系统容积。同时,对循环水场设计中的相关问题进行了探讨。

According to some design projects, various water saving measures of indirect open circulating cooling water system were elaborated, including： 1. determining concentration multiple of circulating cooling wa- ter and temperature difference between influent and effluent water rationally, selecting type of cooling tower rea- sonably; 2. choosing efficient water collector and water-saving filter; 3. strengthening automatic control of circu- lating cooling water system; 4. designing volume capacity of the system rationally. Beside, some related issues about the design of circulating cooling water field were also discussed.
