预处理对烯烃厂剩余污泥厌氧消化处理效果的影响研究

摘要 随着宁夏煤化工产业发展进程的不断加快,配套建设的污水处理厂也日益增多,其大都采用生化处理工艺,产生了大量的剩余污泥。研究了宁东烯烃厂剩余污泥经超声波和热预处理后再进行厌氧消化的处理效果,结果表明:宁东烯烃厂的剩余污泥经预处理后再进行厌氧消化,绝大部分溶解性有机物在污泥停留时间为9 d的时候,就基本降解到一个稳定状态。预处理不但可以提高厌氧消化反应中有机物的去除率,而且可以大幅度缩短污泥消化时间,促进厌氧消化速率。 With the accelerating development of coal chemical industry in Ningxia province, the matched sewage treatment plants are increasing also, as most of them adopting biochemical process, large amount of ex- cess sludge is produced. After been pretreated through ultrasonic wave and thermal process, the excess sludge from Ningdong olefin plant was treated by anaerobic digestion, the treatment effect was analyzed. The results showed that, after pretreatment then anaerobic digestion, most of the dissolved organic matters in the said excess sludge degraded to a steady state in 9 d. It could be seen that, pretreatment could not only improve the removal rate of organic matters during anaerobic digestion reaction, but greatly shorten the sludge digestion time and ac- celerate anaerobic digestion rate also.
