摘要
化工行业产品种类繁多,需要输送的介质成分十分复杂,对给水排水管道的规划、设计、选材、防腐、保温、施工、安装、验收等都有严格的要求。合理规划、选择和配置适用于化工企业的给水排水管道系统,注重选材、安装、防腐、保温等技术细节,将会提高管道工程的技术和经济合理性。就国家标准GB 50873—2013《化学工业给水排水管道设计规范》的主要内容和技术特点进行了介绍和分析。
Chemical industry producing a wide range of products, the components of mediums need to be transported are complex, which brings about strict requirements for the planning, design, material selection, anticorrosion, heat insulation, construction, installation and acceptance inspection of water pipelines. Therefore, reasonable and proper planning, selection, and application of suitable water pipeline systems, combined with par- ticular techniques of material selection, installation, anticorrosion and heat insulation, are going to improve the technical and economic rationality of the pipeline engineering. The main contents and technical features of na- tional standard--Design Code for Piping of Water Supply and Drainage in Chemical Industry were introduced and analyzed.
