滋肾育胎丸对人流术后患者子宫内膜血管内皮生长因子、雌激素受体、孕激素受体表达的影响

Effect of Zishenyutai Pill on Expression of Recovery of Endometrial Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor、Estrogen Receptor、Progesterone Receptor

目的观察滋肾育胎丸对人流术后患者子宫内膜血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)表达的影响,探讨滋肾育胎丸对子宫内膜修复的影响机制。方法 69例首次行无痛人流术后患者随机分为两组。对照组自术后两周开始口服维生素E软胶囊,治疗组自术后两周开始口服滋肾育胎丸和维生素E软胶囊。两组均连服14d。两组均经期停药。其后每次月经干净后第1天开始,连服20d,连用2个月经周期。结果治疗组子宫内膜VEGF、PR的表达量均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组之间子宫内膜ER的表达量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论滋肾育胎丸能促进人流术后子宫内膜VEGF、PR的表达,从而促进生殖功能的恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of Zishenyutai pill on the expression of recovery of endometrial vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） , estrogen receptor （ER） , progesterone receptor （PR） ,to investigate mechanisms of the Zishenyutai pill on cndometrial repair. Method 69 cases of the first line of the painless induced abortion were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were required to take vitamin E capsules for 14 days since the beginning of the two weeks after operation, and the treatment group were required to take Zishenyutai pills and vitamin E capsules for 14 days since the beginning of the two weeks after operation. The two groups were discontinued in menstrual period. The next two menstrual cycles take the medicine for 20 consecutive days from the first day of every clean after menstruation. The comparison between the chnical symptoms and the recovery of menstruation were taken in two groups of patients. Results There were statistical differences （P 〈 0.05） over the endometrial PR,VEGF values between the two groups, there were no statistical differences （ P 〉 0.05） over the endometrial ER. Conclusion Zishenyutai pills would be promoting pregnancy function recovery after induced abortion by advancing the expression of VEGF and PR.
