金佛止痛丸中三七皂苷R_1的含量分析

Analyse Determination of Notoginsenoside R_1 in Jinfuzhitong Pills

目的建立金佛止痛丸中三七皂苷R1含量分析的方法。方法采用FORTIS-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈:0.01%醋酸溶液(19:81)为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,流速1.0m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长203nm。结果三七皂苷R1分别在7.50-150.0μg/m L浓度范围内有良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.4086%,RSD为1.3664%。结论本方法灵敏度高、准确、重复性好、专属性强,可作为控制金佛止痛丸质量的重要方法。

Conclusions The method high sensitivity, accurate, repeatable and high secificity. It can be an important method to control the standard of Jinfuzhitong Pills.
