扶正化瘀经验方联合化疗辨治胃癌临床观察

Clinical Observation of Fuzhenghuayu Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on Stomach Cancer

目的观察扶正化瘀经验方联合化疗治疗胃癌的临床疗效。方法 114例胃癌患者随机分为两组。对照组给予化疗;治疗组则在化疗基础上联合扶正化瘀经验方治疗,28d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的生活质量均有所改善,治疗组改善程度更为明显(P<0.05);两组肿瘤标志物CA125、CA199、CA724水平均有所下降,治疗组降低幅度更为明显(P<0.05);两组T细胞亚群CD8+水平治疗后明显降低,而CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平则明显升高,治疗组升高幅度更为明显(P<0.05)。结论扶正化瘀经验方联合化疗能有效改善患者的生活质量,疗效确切,肿瘤及细胞因子改善明显。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzhenghuayu decoction and chemotherapy on stomach cancer. Methods 114 cases of stomach cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received chemotherapy; the treatment group were treated with Fuzhenghuayu decoction based on the control group,28 days as a course, after treating for two courses, the clinical curative effect were observed . Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the patients＇ life quality was improved clearly in two groups, the degree of change in treatment group was more pronounced （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the level of CA125, CA199 and CA724 went down clearly in two groups, the degree of change in treatment group was more pronounced （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the level of CD8^ ＋ went down clearly in two groups, but the level CD4 ^＋ and CD4 ^＋ / CD8 ^＋ went up clearly, the degree of change in treatment group was more pronounced （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Fuzhenghuayu decoction combined with chemotherapy on stomach cancer has exactly effect, can effectively improve the patient＇s quality of life, and the tumor and cytokines were improved significantly.
