中西医结合治疗精神分裂症患者临床观察

Clinical Observation of Integrated Chinese-western Medicine in Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的观察自拟中药汤剂联合西药治疗精神分裂症患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法 124例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,对照组口服盐酸哌罗匹隆,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上服用自拟中药汤剂。6周为1个疗程,2个疗程后评价两组临床疗效及PANDD量表总分评分。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗第1周末、第4周末、第8周末PANSS总评分显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中均未发生明显的不良反应。结论自拟中药汤剂联合西药治疗精神分裂症患者临床疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,临床用药安全可靠。

Objective To observe the effect and adverse events of self - made decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 124 cases of schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was gives hydrochloric acid perospirone, and the treatment group received self- made decoction based on the control group. After treating for 12 weeks, the clinical efficacy and PANSS total score were evaluated. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; on treating 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, the total PANSS scores in treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; both groups had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Serf - made decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of schizophrenia has remarkable clinical effect, and no significant adverse reactions, drug - used is safe and reliable.
