醒脑开窍针法联合头针治疗血管性痴呆临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xingnaokaiqiao Acupuncture Combined with Scalp Acupuncture in Treatment of Vascular Dementia.

目的观察醒脑开窍针法联合头针治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法 60例血管性痴呆患者随机分为醒脑联合头针组、传统针刺组和对照组。3组采用MMSE、Barthel指数评分评定患者治疗前后的差异。结果醒脑联合头针组的临床疗效优于传统针刺组及对照组(P<0.05);3组治疗前后MMSE、Barthel指数评分组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后醒脑联合头针组与对照组、传统针刺组各量表得分比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针法联合头针治疗血管性痴呆是一种优化的治疗方案,值得推广运用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture on vascular dementia based on the conventional treatment. Methods 60 cases of vascular dementia were randomized into acupuncture group （ treated by Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture and scalp acupuncture）, conventional acupuncture group, and control group. The treatment results were evaluated by using Mini - Mental State Examination （MMSE） and Barthel Index before and after treatment. Results The effect of combined acupuncture group was better than conventional acupuncture group or control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the intra -group comparison detected significant differences on MMSE and Barthel index between pre - treatment and post - treatment in the three groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the inter - group comparison of MMSE and Barthel index in combined acupuncture group compared with the other groups showed that the results in the combined acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group were both significantly better than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the result in the combined acupuncture group was markedly better than in the conventional acupuncture group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is an optimizational treatment project and worthy spreading to combine Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture and scalp acupuncture on vascular dementia.
