中西药联合应用处方中常见问题的发现与解决方向

目的探讨中西药联合应用处方中的常见问题以及解决方向。方法通过调查本院2014年1月-12月中西药联合应用处方5440张,对本院中西药物联合应用情况进行统计处理,分析处方中常见的问题,并探讨相应的问题解决的方向。结果调查的5440张处方中,不合理处方有432张,占7.94%;经分析发现,其常见的问题有:中西药联用不合理;临床上中药与西药配伍不合理;中药某成分与西药发生相互作用;与中成药发生相互作用的西药。结论在中成药与西药合用时,要熟悉中成药的成分,掌握中西药间的理化性质及配伍规律,发挥中西药联用的优势,避免不合理用药;同时,要加强医生和药师对中西药相互作用的认识,重视中西药相互作用的研究工作,从而提高综合性中医院临床药学工作的水平。

Objective To find the problem of the prescription of the western combined TCM and how to solve common problems. Methotis 5440 prescription medicine combination of Chinese and Western medicine combined with hospital conducted the statistical analysis by investigating the hospital, observing prescription common problems and to explore appropriate problem - solving orientation. Conclusions When combined with western medicine, Chinese medicine ingredients to be familiar with and master the law of physicochemical properties and compatibility between Chinese and Western medicine, western medicine combined with play to the advantage of avoiding irrational drug use ; at the same time, doctors and pharmacists to strengthen each other on the western understanding of the role and importance of the interaction studies medicine, Chinese medicine hospital in order to improve the level of comprehensive clinical pharmacy work.
