花溪区兔球虫感染现状调查及药物防控措施研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解花溪区兔球虫感染现状并制定相应的药物防控措施,通过麦克马斯特虫卵计数法对花溪区5个兔场(养殖户)共100份样本进行球虫感染调查,并筛选适合该地区抗兔球虫的有效药物。结果发现,5个调查兔场全部感染球虫,感染率55%-100%,平均感染率81%;感染强度OPG值(每克粪便中所含的卵囊数)介于0.8×10^4-3.3×10^4个,平均感染强度为1.96×10^4个。药物筛选结果表明,在3个兔场宜用地克珠利,连续用药10-13 d粪中卵囊消失;2个养殖场宜用盐霉素,连用11-14 d消灭卵囊。结果表明,花溪区兔球虫感染严重,在利用药物防控时应考虑药物有效性并需要足够的疗程。 In order to grasp the current infection status of Rabbit Coccidia in Huaxi area of Guizhou Guiyang and establish prevention and control scheme, 100 fecal samples from 5 rabbit farms in Huaxi were examined with McMaster counting method, and the effective medicine were selected to treat. The results found 5 rabbit farms were all infected with Coccidia and the infection rates during 55% - 100%, the mean infection rata reached 81%, OPG value( oocysta per gram faces)of 5 farms during 0.8 × 10^4 -3.3 × 10^4 and mean OPG 1.96 × 10^4. Medicine selection test showed Diclazuril is the most effective medicine in 3 farms, oocysta in the faces were all eliminated through 10 - 13 days Diclazuril treat. In other 2 farm, we foud Salinomycin is the most effective which eliminated the oocysta need 11 - 14 days. All results indicate the rabbits farms in Huaxi were serious infected by Rabbit Coccidia, and when use medicine to prevent and control Rabbit Coecidios, we must ensure the medicines are effective and provide enough time to treat.
