降低肉羊可食部位中镉含量的试验研究

摘要 土壤中镉含量高的地理环境可导致饲草饲料、畜产品中镉含量偏高,严重影响肉羊产业的持续健康发展。试验以肉山羊为研究对象,通过饲养试验、屠宰试验、添加多种营养调控剂,进行降低肉羊可食部位中镉含量的试验研究。研究结果表明,采用圈养+全混合日粮的饲喂方式,日粮中添加蒙脱石、麦饭石均能降低肉羊可食部位中镉的含量,以圈养+全混合日粮+麦饭石(试验Ⅲ组)的方法最优。 Geographical environment of high cadmium content in soil of our province, the real problem of high cadmium content of forage livestock products, severely restrict the sustained and healthy development of the goat industry. This experiment is based on our province, with meat goat as the research object, through feeding experiment, slaughter experiment, adding a variety of nutritional control agent, to reduce the goat cadmium content in edible parts. The results show, adopting captivity + total mixed ration feeding mode, dietary supplementation of montmorillonite, Maifanshi can reduce goat eating parts of cadmium content, in captive + total mixed ration + Maifanshi (test group Ⅲ) the optimal method.
