摘要
建立75%乙醇消毒剂的微生物限度检查方法。方法:通过薄膜过滤法,对薄膜过滤器的选择、冲洗液的种类、冲洗液的冲洗量和冲洗次数等因素的分析,测定茵数回收率。结果:采用全封闭薄膜过滤器,再用pH7.0氯化钠-蛋白胨缓冲液冲洗5次,试验组的活茵回收率均大于70%。结论:75%乙醇消毒剂微生物限度检查方法可行、可靠。
Objective: Aim To establish the microbial limit test method for 75 % alcohol disinfectant. Methods: Through membrane filtration method, the selection of membrane filter, types of washing fluid and the washing times were analyzed in the recovery rate test. Results: The recovery rates of bacteria were more than 70% when using fully enclosed filter, then 5 washing times of pH7.0 sodium chloride peptone buffer. Conclusions: The method is feasible and reliable for 75% alcohol disinfectant.
