HPLC法测定金蓉消癖颗粒中松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量

The Content Assay of Echinacoside and Verbascoside of Jinrong Xiaopi Granules by HPLC

应用HPLC法对金蓉消癖颗粒中松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量进行测定。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1,柱温30℃,进样量:10μL,检测波长330nm进行梯度洗脱。结果:松果菊苷进样量在0.04128~0.4128μg(r=0.9999)与峰面积呈线性关系,平均回收率为97.89%,RSD1.46%(n=6);毛蕊花糖苷进样量在0.0193—0.193μg(r=0.9999)与峰面积呈线性关系,平均回收率为97.94%,RSD1.45%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、可靠、重复性良好,可用于金蓉消癖颗粒中松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷总含量的测定。

Objective: To assay the content of echinacoside and verbascoside of Jinrong Xiaopi Granules. Methods: ODS C18 column was used with a mobile phase of methanol - 0. 1% formic acid 0 - 15 min of ( 27:73 - 40:60) gradient elution, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL . min ^-1, the UV detection wavelength was at 220nm. Results: The linear range of echinacoside was 0. 04128 - 0. 4128 μg( r = 0. 9999 ), the average recovery was 97.89%, RSD 1.46% (n = 6 ) ; the linear range of verbascoside was 0. 0193 - 0. 193 μg( r = 0. 9999), the average recovery was 97.94%, RSD 1.45 % (n = 6 ). Conclusion : The method is reliable, sensitive and accurate,which refers to the assay of echinacoside and verbascoside of Jinrong Xiaopi granules.
