理念渗透式管理在老年天疱疮患者中护理的临床实践

加强对老年天疱疮疫病的认识,探讨专科护理理念在老年天疱疮患者中的渗透及有效管理方法。方法:通过专科护理理念在26倒老年天疱疮患者中的渗透,提出环境管理、创面管理、心理管理、饮食管理、抗感染管理、安全用药管理及出院宣教管理等措施的有效落实。结果:理念渗透式管理是专科护理质量的细节落实与延伸,持续互动式的沟通与交流,不断增强老年天疱疮患者主动参与,临床实践的健康管理意识。结论:理念渗透式管理是专科护理质量的持续改进和有效落实,其专科理念渗透式目标管理易被患者及家属接受和理解,持续互动式沟通与交流不断构建和谐医患关系。

Objective: Strengthen awareness on the diseases of the old with pemphigus, explore the penetration of the concept of specialist care in elderly pemphigoid patients and the effective management methods. Methods: through penetrating the concept of specialist eare in 26 cases of elderly pa- tients with pemphigus, the author presented environmental management, wound management, psychological management, dietary management, anti- in- fection control, medication safety management and discharge from the effective implementation of the mission management measurements. Results: the concept of penetration management is the implementation and extension of the details of specialist care quality, continuous interactive communication and exchange, and constantly enhancing the awareness of the elderly pemphigoid patients to take the active participation in clinical practice of health manage- ment. Conclusion : the concept of penetration management is the continuous improvement and effective implementation of specialist care, specialist con- cept of immersion objective management apt for patients and their families to accept and understand. The author tried to build a harmonious doctor - pa- tient relationship through continuous interactive.
