Holmium : YAG laser Hthotripsy for the treatment of ureteral complicated calculi

探讨应用硬性输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性榆尿管结石的临床疗效。方法:采用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性输尿管结石162例。结果:162例患者全部一次性碎石成功。结论:应用硬性输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性输尿管结石安全、有效。

Objective : To explore the therapeutic clinical effect of Holmium : YAG laser on endoscopic treatment of ureteral complicated calculi.Methods : A total of 162 patients with ureteral complicated calculi were treated with holmium : YAG laser lithotripsy under ureterscopy.Result : Stones were successfully fragmented in all 162cases.The operation time varies from 25 minutes to 65, and the average time is 40 minutes.All patients serum BUN, CR levels returned to normak level.Conclusions : Treatment of ureteral complicated calculi with holmium : YAG laser is safe and effective.
