Ⅱ型呼衰患者应用BiPAP无创呼吸机的护理探讨

To Explore the Nursing Invasive Ventilator Without Type Ⅱ Respiratory Failure with BiPAP

探讨Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者采取BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗的临床方法与效果。方法:将我院接诊的应用BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗的Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者50例作为研究对象,回顾性分析他们的临床资料,总结分析临床护理方法与效果。结果:50例患者经BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗并加强临床护理后,显著纠正了低氧血症与高碳酸血症,而且并无严重并发症发生。结论:BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗Ⅱ型呼衰患者,同时加强临床护理,可取得比较良好的效果,症状改善明显,安全性高,值得借鉴。

Objective : To explore the clinical methods and effects take BiPAP non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with type Ⅱrespiratory failure. Methods : The application of BiPAP in our hospital admissions of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure in 50 cases as the object of study, retrospective analysis of the clinical data of them, summary analysis and the effect of clinical nursing method. Results : 50 cases were treated by BiPAP noninvasive ventilator and strengthen clinical nursing, obviously correct hypoxemia and hypercapnia, and no severe complication. Conclusion : BiPAP non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of type Ⅱ respiratory failure patients, at the same time, strengthen clinical nursing, which can be achieved relatively good results, symptoms improved significantly, high safety, and is worthy of reference.
