转管旋转速度对半固态A356合金组织的影响

摘要 采用自制的低转速输送管半固态浆料制备装置制备A356半固态浆料,研究了转管旋转速度对半固态A356合金组织细化及圆整度的影响;模拟了不同转速条件下的金属熔体在转管内的流动形态,并分析了转管旋转速度对A356合金组织影响机理。结果表明,在浇注温度和转管倾斜角度一定时,转管旋转速度对A356合金组织有显著影响。转管旋转速度在70-110 r/min范围内能够获得理想的近球形半固态浆料微观组织,转管旋转速度过小或过大都无法获得理想的半固态浆料。 An experimental semi-solid slurry preparation equipment of inclined rotating pipe with low speed was developed to prepare semi-solid A356 alloy slurry. The effects of rotation speed on the microstructure refinement and spheroidization in semi-solid A356 alloy were investigated. The flowing status of metal melt in rotating pipe with different rotation speed was simulated, and the mechanism of the effects of rotation speed on the microstructure of A356 alloy were analyzed. The results show that the rotation speed has significant influence on the microstructure of A356 alloy, while the pouring temperature and the inclined angle is constant. A perfect and nearly spherical semi-solid slurry microstructure can be obtained in rotation speed range of 70 r/min-110 r/min, too small or too large rotation speed can not get the ideal semi-solid slurry.
