摘要 通过ANSYS软件对5052铝合金连续铸轧过程进行了模拟,对比了不同铸轧速度及不同浇注温度对其铸轧过程的温度场与速度场的影响。通过模拟结果确定了合理的铸轧工艺参数。 The continuous cast rolling process of 5052 aluminum alloy was simulated by using the ANSYS software. The influences of different cast rolling temperatures and velocities on the temperature field and velocity field in the cast rolling process were contrasted. The reasonable cast rolling process parameters were confirmed by the simulation results.
