摘要
采用C276镍基合金进行激光3D打印成形的实验,研究了激光功率、扫描速度、搭接率、z轴增量Δz等工艺参数对镍基合金成形质量的影响规律。取得了C276合金3D打印技术的优选工艺参数:激光功率2 k W,送粉速率6g/min,扫描速度3 mm/s,搭接率为45%。得到的成形件表面光滑致密,尺寸精度高,且内部组织细小均匀。
3D printing of C276 alloys was investigated systematically. The influence of the processing parameters, such as laser power(P), scanning velocity(v), powder feeding rate, overlaps and single layer offset along z axis on the forming characterizations were analyzed. The results indicate the optimum processing parameter is p=2 k W, G=6 g/min, v=3 mm/s,overlaps=45%. Under the processing parameters, the metal part with good surface quality, high dimensional accuracy and fine microstructure can be obtained.
