摘要
利用Fluent软件对5182铝合金水平铸轧工艺的铸轧区进行了数值模拟,通过模拟结果确定了合理的浇注温度及铸轧速度参数对于轧辊直径为600 mm的水平铸轧机,合理的铝液浇注温度为685~690℃,轧辊转速为0.06~0.07 rad/s。
The casting rolling zone of 5182 aluminum alloy horizontal casting rolling process was numerically simulated by using Fluent software. Reasonable pouring temperature and casting-rolling speed parameters were ascertained through the simulation results. That is for horizontal casting rolling mill with 600 mm roll diameter, the reasonable pouring temperature is685-690℃, and the speed of roll is 0.06-0.07 rad/s.
