摘要
辊剪制坯能有效抑制端面凹心,解决料头问题。通过有限元模拟得到了不同工艺参数下的轧件凹心值。利用端面移动计算程序得到了相应的拟合函数。通过体积守恒原则求得坯料外端相应的辊剪长度,建立坯料初始端面尺寸的预估准则,极大地提高楔横轧的生产效率,为辊剪模具与工艺设计提供理论支持。
Roll-cutting blank can effectively inhibit end surface concavity and solve the problem of stub bar. The rolled piece concavity values under different process parameters were gotten by finite element simulation. Corresponding fitting function was obtained by using end mobile computing program. The corresponding roll-cutting length on external end of the blank was obtained by the volume conservation principle. Prediction criterion for initial end surface dimensions of the blank was established. It can greatly improve the production efficiency of cross wedge rolling and provide theoretical support for the design of the die and process of roll-cutting.
