摘要
通过热压缩实验研究了超级双相不锈钢UNS S32750在900~1200℃、变形速率0.1~10s-1的热变形行为,并建立了热加工图。结果表明:热加工图中有一个稳定的主峰,中心位于(1200℃,0.1 s-1),最大耗散效率超过36%。热加工图中1100~1200℃和应变速率0.1~1s-1的"安全窗口"是热加工的最佳区域。
The hot deformation behaviours of super duplex stainless steel UNS S32750 were studied at 900-1200℃ and strain rate of 0.1-10 s^-1by hot compression tests. Hot processing maps were established. The results show that there is a stable peak in hot processing map, it is centered at 1200℃ and 0.1s^-1, and the maximum dissipation efficiency is more than 36%. The "safe window" at 1100-1200℃ and strain rate of 0.1-1s^-1in hot processing map is the optimum region for hot processing.
