摘要 介绍了一种基于XYZR四轴焊接机器人曲线焊接的工作原理、系统结构,并设计了一款基于Windows CE6.0平台系统的焊接机器人示教盒,包括示教盒硬件组成、软件设计。利用Win CE6.0系统丰富的GUI图形函数库与智能设备MFC控件开发了友好的人机交互界面。最后搭建焊接机器人半实物测试平台对焊接机器人示教器进行模拟测试,测试结果显示该示教器操作简便,性能稳定,很好地实现了焊缝的示教再现功能,为直角坐标焊接机器人结构设计打下了良好基础。 A kind of welding robot which is based on XYZR four axis, including the working principle, system structure were introduced, and a teaching box of welding robot based on Windows CE6.0 platform system was designed, including the teaching box hardware composition, software design. Using the rich GUI libraries and MFC of Win CE6.0 system friendly developed the human-computer interaction interface.Finally, building welding robot HIL test platform can test the function of teaching apparatus. The test results show that the teaching device is easy to operate, has stable performance,which can realize the function of teaching and reappearing and provide a basis for the structure design.
