焊接材料对海洋平台用高强钢接头组织和低温韧性的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Welding Material on Microstructure and Cryogenic Toughness of Welded Joint of High-strength Steel for Off-shore Platform

摘要 针对690 MPa级海洋平台用高强钢,分别采用编号为690-1和690-2两种手工电弧焊焊条进行焊接。对焊接接头进行了-50℃低温力学性能试验,对比分析了两种焊接材料下焊缝金属合金元素和内部组织对焊接接头低温韧性的影响。研究结果表明:690-2焊缝金属合金元素含量更为合理,且内部组织主要由贝氏体和少量粒状贝氏体组成,M-A组元以颗粒状及少量块状存在,且均匀分布无方向性,使得焊接接头低温韧性较690-1优越,表明690-2焊条更适合海洋平台用690 MPa级高强钢焊接生产要求。 Two SMAW welding rods(690-1 and 690-2)were developed for 690 MPa grade off-shore platform plate high-strength steel. The mechanical properties of the welded joint were tested at-50 ℃,the effects of alloy elements and microstructure on the cryogenic toughness of the welded joints were studied. The results show that the alloy elements can satisfy the performance requirements by using 690-2 and the microstructure is composed of bainite and a small number granular bainite,the M-A constituents of 690-2 is granular and a few bulks which are uniformly distributed and have ree direction,so the cryogenic toughness is better and more suitable for the welding production of 690 MPa grade off-shore platform plate high-strength steel than that of 690-1.
