摘要
某钛合金锻件在理化检查时发现了线状缺陷。采用显微组织检查、力学性能测试、化学成分分析、SEM等方法对锻件缺陷产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:锻件内部存在化学成分微区不均匀现象,缺陷主要是锻造工艺不恰当引起的。
Linear defects of a titanium alloy forging were discovered during physicochemical examination. The reasons for forging defects were analyzed by microstructure examination, mechanical properties testing, chemical component analysis,SEM and other methods. The results show that: there is uneven chemical composition in micro-area of forging, and defects are mainly caused by improper forging process.
