摘要
文章说明中华古代驭人与治吏的历史源远流长。总结贯穿封建社会始终的驭人之道,君臣之术。古代官吏的考绩、升降和察劾制度日趋完善,对职务犯罪和违纪的惩罚,至今仍有借鉴意义。
The paper suggests that it has a long history of Chinese ancient human harness and the official gov- ernance, which summarizes the human harness methods and relationship between monarch and his subjects. Ancient official system of performance, rise and fall, and examination has gradually disintegrated perfectly; the punishment for duty crime and disciplinary still has used reference significance.
