摘要
职业生涯发展规划常讲的三要素就是认知、抉择、行动。认知是基础的,抉择是关键的,行动是必要的。作为第一步的认知,对于开始职业生涯发展规划者而言显得尤为重要,但要打开认知大门,自我认识就是其中的一扇,做好了自我认识,门就打开了一半,也为我们做好职业生涯奠定了良好的基础。开展自我认识,其实就是不断的自我学习,了解自我和武装自我的过程,就是提高个人能力和就业能力的过程,真正把爱好兴趣特长统一起来,切入自己的性格特点,作好价值趋向选择,按需求要求自己,不盲目从众,不过分严格苛刻自己,真正做到力所能及认识自我。
The commonly mentioned three elements in career development and planning are cognition, choice and action. Cognition is the basis; choice is the key; action is the necessity. As the first step, cognition is particularly important for beginners of career development and planning. Self-cognition is one of the components of cognition, so a good self-cognition is a great help to full cognition, and a solid foundation for career development and planning. Self-cognition is in fact a process of continuously learning by ourselves, learning about ourselves and arming ourselves, as well as a process of improving personal abilities and employment abilities. Students should truly integrate interest with strong points as well as personality characteristics, well implement value orientation selection, require themselves in accordance with practical requirements, not blindly follow most people's opinions and not be excessively strict with themselves, so as to recognize themselves as far as possible.
