《三国演义》作为中国古代长篇小说的开山之作,在文学与艺术方面都取得了很高的成就。文章通过对其中人物曹操、刘备、诸葛亮的性格特点及他们用人之道进行比较分析,总结出他们各自的性格特点及人才管理的优缺点,以期为当前我国企业选人用人方面提供借鉴。

As a pioneering creation of ancient Chinese full-length novels, ＂The Romance of the Three Kingdoms＂ has made a high achievement in literature and art. Based on the characters of Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Zhuge Liang and the comparative analysis on their respective selection and employment on people, the advantages and disadvantages of their respective character and talent management were summarized to be used in the enterprises＇ selecting talents in our country now.
