摘要
针对石油化工与海洋化工都是耗资源、耗能源、重污染的产业。文章以循环经济理论为依据,根据石化、海化产业链规律,从资源化、再利用、减量化三方面分析与研究了两者融合发展的必要性,以及最大化利用资源、能源,最小化排"三废"的可行性,从而实现可持续循环发展的目的,最后提出石化与海化两者融合发展的模式是行业发展的新路径。
Petroleum chemical industry and marine chemical industry,~ are resource and energy consuming industries, and also heavily polluting industries. Based on circular economy theory, according to the industries chain rules of petroleum chemical industry and marine chemical industry, and from three aspects of resources, reusing and reduction, this article studies the necessity of integration development of petroleum chemical industry and marine chemical industry, and researches the possibility of maximizing the utilization of resource while minimizing the discharge of three wastes (waste gas, waste water and waste residues), so as to achieve the goal of sustainable development. Finally, it draws a conclusion that the integrated development model of the above two industries is the new path of industries development.
