基于熵权法的我国生态消费发展状况评价研究

Evaluation Study on the Development Situation of Ecological Consumption in China Based on Entropy Weight Method

在梳理当前国内相关研究的基础上，构建了涵盖可持续消费、经济发展与社会和谐、资源能源节约、生态安全与环境友好四个维度的生态消费发展状况的评价指标体系，并对我国1995--2012年的生态消费发展状况进行了评价分析。研究结果表明，总体而言，我国的生态消费呈现稳步上升的趋势，自2007年以来评价值的增速有所提高。但是，生态消费的四个维度仍需加强协调，居民消费占GDP比重、第三产业增加值占GDP比重、城镇生活污水排放量等一些指标仍有待改进。最后，对进一步提高我国生态消费发展状况提出了一些建议。

Based on current related researches, this paper builds an ecological consumption development situation evaluation index system, which includes four dimensionalities, namely sustainable consumption, economic development and social harmony, resource and energy saving, ecological safety and environment friendly, then this paper evaluates and analyzes China＇s ecological consumption development situation from 1995-2012. The research results indicated that there was a steady improvement of China＇s ecological consumption development situation in general. The growth rate of evaluate value has increased since 2007. But the four dimensionalities need to strengthen coordination, the share of household consumption in GDP, the share of third industrial added value in GDP, urban life sewage discharge volume and other indicators remain to be improved. Finally, some specific suggestions are put forward to further improve the ecological consumption development situation in China.
