摘要
从国家安全战略高度上讲,雷州半岛具有极其重要的战略地位;从经济全球化上讲,雷州半岛是我国内陆和世界的重要经济交汇点。探讨了生态文化旅游发展中的相关理论问题,以及生态文化旅游发展中的误区,从科学规划、承载力评价、发展理念、人才培养、宣传教育、法律法规体系建设、融资体制等方面,提出了雷州半岛发展生态文化旅游的政策性建议。
As for the national security strategy, Leizhou Peninsula plays the extremely important strategic role. As for the economic globalization, Leizhou Peninsula is an important economic intersection between China and the world. The relevant theoretical problems and the misunderstanding of eco-cultural tourism development are explored. By considering the scientific planning, evaluation of carrying capacity, the idea of development, personnel training, publicity and education, legal system construction, financing system and so on, the policy recommendations to develop eco-cultural tourism in Leizhou Peninsula are put forward.
