摘要
叶子花属植物的组织培养是其种苗繁殖最有效的手段之一,同时,还能为其性状改良提供有效的遗传转化系统。从叶子花组织培养外植体的选择、基本培养基类型、植物生长调节物质的选择和组培苗的移栽等方面综述了叶子花组织培养的研究现状,并详细介绍了叶子花组织培养的再生方式和影响因素,最后,探讨了叶子花组织培养研究中存在的问题以及未来的研究和发展方向。
Tissue culture is one of the most effective means of rapid propagation of Bougainvillea, which also can provide an effective genetic transformation system for character improvement. This paper summarized the advances of Bougainvillea tissue culture, including explant types, basic medium, plant growth regulators, and introduced the regeneration methods and influence factors of Bougainvillea tissue culture. In addition, main problems in Bougainvillea tissue culture were analyzed, the research and development direction in the future was also discussed.
