国际贸易规则重塑期中国的机遇与挑战被引量：7

摘要随着全球价值链的不断深入发展,现有的国际贸易规则越来越难以满足以全球价值链为代表的新贸易模式发展的要求,国际贸易规则正处于新的重塑期.新时期以美欧为代表的发达国家正在通过TPP、TTIP、TISA等路径,全力主导国际贸易新规则的制定权.探讨国际贸易新规则涉及的主要议题,明确国际贸易规则重塑期中国的机遇和挑战,才能全面厘清自身面临的处境,进而以更加积极的姿态参与到国际贸易新规则的制定中.
