员工满意度与薪酬绩效协调对策探究

摘要 人才是当前企业竞争的核心。企业员工满意度直接影响着企业的发展,而企业薪酬绩效制度对企业员工满意度具有直接影响。因此,通过员工满意度与薪酬绩效协调策略的研究,为企业发展提供依据。
