摘要
目的探讨目标教学法用于助产士在实习带教中的作用。方法在助产士的临床实习中建立目标教学,将51名实习助产士按时间段分为对照组(24名)和实验组(27名),对照组采取传统教学的一对一带教法;实验组在带教中引入目标教学法带教。结果实验组实习助产士的理论及实践技能考核成绩高于对照组(P均<0.01)。实验组实习助产士对目标教学法的带教方法的满意率为100%。结论对实习助产士施行目标教学巩固助产士理论知识,提高了助产士操作水平,培养助产士独立思维的能力;提高临床教学效果,提高实习助产士的综合素质,对带教教师满意度高。
Objective To explore the teaching for midwives role in practice teaching. Methods In the clinical practice of midwife building, 51 intern midwife, according to the time period can be divided into the control group (24), and the experimental group (27), control group adopts the traditional teaching around a pair of law, The experimental group introduction of target teaching method and teaching in the teaching. Results The experimental group intern midwife theory and practical skills assessment score was significantly higher than control group (all P〈0.01). Midwives experimental practice in teaching the teaching method of satisfaction rate of 100%. Conclusion For intern midwife consolidate the midwife implementation of target teaching theory knowledge, improve the level of the midwife operation, cultivate the midwife, independent thinking ability. Improve the effect of clinical teaching, improve the comprehensive quality of internships midwives, to the teaching of teachers' satisfaction.
