摘要
本文针对在护理实训教学中人文关怀缺失的现状,通过提高教师的人文素养、改善课堂教学、加强学生人文关怀教育、完善考核制度这几个方面,探讨了如何加强学生人文关怀的教育。
In this paper the present situation of lacking humanism care in nursing practice teaching, by improving the teachers＇ humanistic quality, improve the classroom teaching, strengthening students＇ humanistic care education, perfect the system of assessment of this a few aspects, discusses how to strengthen the students＇ humanistic care education.
